[Theyre as I understand it run by a group Falon Gung (sp?) that is persecuted as a sect in China, but they do very good reporting.]
All sects and religions are persecuted in China. Falungong has stepped up to the challenge and actually done something to fight its persecutors. If only China’s far more numerous Christians were as organized and focused on overthrowing the regime.

If only Chinas far more numerous Christians were as organized and focused on overthrowing the regime. Yes. Any belief that doesn't exalt the government over all is persecuted.
I've followed the Chinese church for over twenty years and they are highly organized, but secretive. Their goal isn't the overthrow of the government, but the conversion of people to Christianity. Some unofficial sources within the church list their numbers at over one hundred million.
