I'm not going to attempt to excerpt this. It's long and depressing. Numerous photos. Lord have mercy.

Oh, okay.

So...the significant increase in number of deaths, compared to a year ago, mean.....nothing??

Got it, Joe.

Go back to smoking.

Deaths are happening in ONE MONTH, in towns, that normally happen in one year.

If you compare the number ratio in most countries, you come to the conclusion that the actual number of cases in Italy is not 86 thousand. It's closer to 300 thousand. And, the scary part is that the US curve looks just like that of Italy. It's still shooting for the stars.

Just what is the overall death rate in Italy from January to March this year as compared to the same period last year and the year before? And for your information, I don’t smoke.
The “smoking” comes from clobbering far left liberals.

Overall death for Italy should be 1100 a day under normal conditions.

Whoa. That’s what it looks like when the hospital systems are overloaded. That’s what we want to avoid if at all possible, because despite the callous sentiment that “only” old people are dying, the entire system is down, and it affects everyone, young and old, who needs it. Have an accident? Need a hospital trip? That’s what you’ll be facing. Let’s do all we can not to go there.

Chuckle!
Hyperbolic nonsense.
Every single country has had a different death rate.
Why don't you compare Italy to China or the US and conclude that the deaths in Italy are probably highly overstated given that 99% of the deaths in Italy are from other disease in addition to coronavirus?

And, the scary part is that the US curve looks just like that of Italy. It's still shooting for the stars.

Except Italy supposedly has 9,000 deaths from coronavirus and the US has only 1,500 coronaries deaths, even though the US now has 104,000 coronavirus infections while Italy has just 86,000 infections..

No, because the Chinese bought many of the textile plants in northern Italy and it became a vacation hotspot.

Yes. And that is what everyone is afraid to say...even the Prez and his Covid Team.

The truth hurts.

Is that because a large part of the answer is “Chinese immigrant labor”?

Your not looking at the real numbers. It depends upon who's case numbers are accurate. Of all that I look at, Germany is probably very accurate. And, our numbers are starting to look like Germanys. If you start from there and compare death rates, you come to the conclusion that Italy hasn't done near the testing as the US and Germany. And, the death rates are accurate. They came in suffering from the virus, and we KNOW they are dead. But, because Italy hasn't tested the numbers that we have or that Germany has, they haven't found as many infected people. Hence, I think their infected rate is actually over three times what they state. Now, the more infected people you find, the lower your death rate will go, because as the ratio of cases to deaths is less than the flu. But, what people are ignoring is this stuff is about 3 times more contagious than the flu. So, your case numbers will be 3 times higher, and the actual number of deaths will be proportionately higher. Germany's death rate per infected is running about .68 of a percent. But, to compare apples to apples with the flu, you would have to multiply that rate x 3 since it is 3 times more contagious.

We don’t have Mardi Gras parades here in SD....so I think, hope and pray we won’t end up like Louisiana.

Agreed. Many in medical community are pointing out that these are virtually all inaccurately filed death certificates. If you are 80, have stage 4 cancer and lung disease, and happen to catch a virus, you died of Cancer and lung disease, not the virus. If Italy’s DCs were correctly labeled, there would be no news (hysteria).

Yes, but because of the virus, they are all coming in at the same time, and they are coming in search of treatment.

The person with cancer who might have died in hospice of the cancer is in the hospital now, unable to breathe because of the virus.

“The reason is that it is incredibly airborne.”

Is that your explanation or do you have a source?
