Has she actually listened to this guy when he talks, or trys to give a speech? Last night, hubby and I were watching Greg Gutfeld, and he played a clip from Biden talking about (I forget); but, my husband just sat there with his mouth gaping open trying to figure out what Biden had just said. Then Greg came back on and said, "I don't even know what that means."
I think this is the first time hubby ever witnessed one of those word salad comments from Biden.
