He is ALWAYS crying chicken little. Always asking for non justifiable quantity of supplies. Like about 8 days back he was screaming in a presser he wanted 26,000 new ventilators because he wasn't going to choose who dies because he didn't have ventilators. There were 26,000 confirmed cases at that time. The average moron of which surely there are plenty of in NYC was given the impression my Cuomo that every victim would need a ventilator. That was disgusting and created panic, no doubt.
