Are people supposed to drop to their knees and kiss the rings of these statist a**holes in gratitude?

My husband and I lived in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. By April it was 105° and by July though the middle of November is was 117° with 95% humidity.
I know heat.
The water was the same temperature as the air...no difference. The petroleum from the wells would come up and make black waves. When we walked the beach we always wore the special black-tar-on-the-soles shoes.

Our getaway place was Hawaii. Long ago I was there when there was still black sand--

Google
Because of constant volcanic activity, you'll find white sands and black sands on the island of Hawaii. Located on the southeastern Kau coast, Punaluu Black Sand Beach is one of the most famous black sand beaches in Hawaii.

That beach doesn't exist anymore...the black sand finally washed away.

.

We all have our dream places.

How well does the Virus survive in saltwater or chlorinated pool water for that matter?

I'm more concerned about reclaimed water - the stuff folks (like me) use to water our lawns... Does the virus survive the partial reclamation process?

That is a potential concern, but unrelated to the story in the thread.

Is there treatment equipment for that type of septic system?

Reclaimed water is sold by Florida cities to residents who have in-ground irrigation systems.

What is the difference between condominium pools and apartment pools?

The beach is a little different as long as no large caterings are allowed.

Is the Black Sands beach in Waianapanapa State Park, Maui gone?

No clue.
I don’t water anything but the trees and potted plants.
Around here if its hot weather watering means mowing maybe twice a week and not watering means dead lawns. I pick the second evil.

http://blogs.ifas.ufl.edu/extension/2017/06/20/reclaimed-water-frequently-asked-questions/

from link:

Reclaimed water is highly treated and disinfected but still contains some constituents at levels outside the desirable range for drinking water. Specifically, reclaimed water may have higher levels of salts, nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus), and pathogens(e.g., bacteria and viruses). Reclaimed water has been safely used for non-drinking purposes in Florida for more than 40 years, but because of its composition, this water source should never be used for drinking or sanitary purposes.

The salts should kill it if the level is high. I would think it could also accumulate to the point where it damages the soil. But that isn’t my field.Give us an organic chemist, Free Republic has everything.
