Trump was talking about guys like Biden, Clinton, etc. who get away with abusing women.
Funny it's almost the same as when Trump talking about Biden's quid pro quo was considered grounds for impeachment but Biden is the Democrats' nominee.

Then why did they care if Trump [did it]. Of course they didn’t care about that, they cared about winning the election. And the key point is that Mr. Trump was talking explicitly - but not intentionally publicly - about the consensual nature of such activity with some women.
The reason you know about it, of course, is that the Democrats inserted it into the public discourse.
