No one is forcing them to work there.... What about all the people who work in grocery stores, drug stores, etc, these last 2 months?.... Can they sue if they get sick?

I don’t know, that’s why I’m asking. IIRC, when Trump ordered meat-packing plants to keep running, that provided the owners with immunity from lawsuits. Grocery and drug stores are considered essential services; so they’re allowed to be open. In this case, Musk wants to reopen, despite orders not to do so. It seems to me that that leaves him vulnerable to suits — but, I just don’t know. No doubt his legal team is on the case; so, he might have it covered.
