Agreed, but anyone running for office is a politician. One has to determine who they trust more.
I will readily concede that Sessions was not a great AG. But that doesn’t mean he wasn’t a good senator, and was a strong supporter of the President in his 2016 campaign, especially in Alabama. And I wish he would have never been AG, but remained the senior Senator of Alabama.
And I still think that he has the best interests of Alabama, as opposed to the pro-amnesty carpetbagger from Florida.
he screwed President Trump. he screwed me. Sessions could tell the truth and I still would not believe him. He is the main reason President Trump has been in a fight for his life. And mine. Hell with Sessions.
.....................................................
You have that exactly right, and anyone who supports that Weasel is aiding and abetting the Deep State, the Democrat Party, and the fake news media. PLEASE DON’T DO IT!
And you admitted Tommy is pro-amnesty.
I don’t count them as politicians until after the run has been completed. Unless you’ve run a marathon, you’re not a marathoner. Tuberville is not a politician, yet. He will be after he wins and takes office. If he is an open borders abomination, he’ll be shown the door. We already know the record of his opponent, a career politician.
Nope. You and I will not know if he is pro-illegal until he takes office. We already know his opponent’s record.
Whatever.
The only thing that is certain is that I get a vote in this election, and you do not.
I can live with my vote with a clear conscience.
I hope that if Tuberville is eventually the junior Senator from Alabama, he doesn’t disappoint us both
The difference is one has a proven record of treachery, the other is making his first run for office as an outsider who will support the President and has his support. We already know one stabbed the President in the back.
If Sessions should win the runoff, should Trump support him over Doug Jones in November?
Maybe Trump will one day understand the proper file of the AG.
and if you dont think major college football coaches arent politicians, then youve never seen one work a room of big money boosters.
Hes already bought and paid for by the CoC.
Sounds right to me.
I have friends who live in Alabama.
They say "Sessions is a thing of the past" and doesn't stand a chance of winning back his Senate seat.
You haven't produced a quote showing that Tuberville is pro amnesty.
I produced an article, written by the guy, Todd Stacy, who did the interview with Tuberville.
This is the direct quote in that article that Stacy attributes to Tuberville.
There are people coming across the border that need jobs, okay, and we want them to come over here. We just need to know whos here, okay? Put the wall up, then we let them come in and become citizens like we all became citizens.
The two sentences taken together, don't show that Tuberville supports amnesty.
Apparently, Tuberville's first sentence is being removed from the context of the second sentence. And it's being done by the Sessions campaign.
I agree with Trump. I don't trust Sessions.
Add to that all of Tuberville's other comments, where Tuberville clearly explains that he is for the wall and against amnesty.
Yes.
Thank you for the straightforward response. Do you also think that if elected, Sessions will vote for President Trump’s agenda, or will he be another Mitt Romney?
Trump should’ve made Giuliani his AG. As it turned out, he really was an attack dog.
I’m sure Derp Jeff will be as supportive of President Trump as he was during his 2+ years as Attorney General.
If the Deep State doesn't put the screws to him, then yes he would vote for the Trump agenda.
But that's a mighty big if.
So, you believe he would impede Trump’s agenda. Interesting.
Wise up, don’t obsess.
I believe you are obsessing over the phrase “wise up.” It allows you to avoid a direct question.
One post. I’ve indulged you since then.
