Hell, I know I voted for compromised candidates in the past, but it was always better than the alternative. For instance:

I don't think Brooks will run again for the Senate; I think his run in 2017 soured him from running again, and he appears to be content with being in Congress. Maybe Byrne will challenge Shelby.
Perhaps you should’ve paid more attention to what was happening. Perhaps even to your own post when you acknowledged he was derelict in his duties. If you hire a plumber and he floods your basement deliberately, do you hire him a second time ?

I never claimed he was derelict. You moved the goalposts from traitor to merely derelict.
If anyone should be considered derelict, one could say Trump was for not removing the deep state holdovers from the previous administration. Had he done that, the deep state would have been cut off from the beginning.

I can understand voting for Goode over Willard. But I thought there was a chance we could get rid of Zero. It is probably one of the votes I regret the most.
