US - 1 new outbreak of SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 in dogs in residential household, Richmond, New York (OIE, June 02, 2020)
Jun 2020 Update—A pet German Shepherd dog from a household with known COVID-19 affected inhabitants was sampled for respiratory illness. Clinical signs included severe lethargy, diagnosed as hemolytic anemia. The dog tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 at a private veterinary laboratory. SARS-CoV-2 was confirmed in this dog based upon molecular testing (PCR and sequencing) of samples both from the initial testing laboratory and follow up samples obtained directly. Virus neutralizing antibody was detected in follow-up samples from the affected dog as well as a second pet German Shepherd dog in the household who showed no clinical signs of disease and tested negative by PCR. The first dog is progressively recovering

IMHO China is behind the unrest.
My son, who is 18, says the majority of his friends are conservative. He is homeschooled but his friends are mostly public school. About half are religious. Anyway. He and I see eye to eye on just about every issue except climate change. He believes Obama destroyed race relations in this country and said yesterday that millennials are leaving his generation are real mess to clean up.
But he says his generation will be the best since WW2. I sure hope so. I pray for them daily.
But my older son, who is a millennial has very few conservative friends. He battles with liberals on Facebook every day.
The anti-HCQ "study" claiming higher mortality is falling apart. Both journals that published the study, Lancet and NEJM, have issued "Statements of Concern" questioning the data used in the study.
The secretive publisher of the piece, though around since 2008, has only published 3 studies, all related to COVID-19 this year. Questions are also being raised about those other studies. Peers are effectively unable to review the studies because the data is proprietary, and source data is not revealed, nor are the 671 hospitals they claim to have data from.
So, why would the prestigious NEJM and Lancet accept and publish a study from a virtually unknown source, using undisclosed data? Such policy seems to beg for a blow to their reputation.

The Lancet certainly has been pretty active in publishing CCP propaganda.
That’s why WHO didn’t declare a pandemic until there was a death in Africa. They had to make sure we all were affected. It’s the CCP way!
