Yeah, global warming no doubt.

If a civilian had his knee on a cop's neck for 9 minutes, and the cop died, you wouldn't be crowing in your joyous haste to concoct any possible excuse no matter how farfetched, and then demand exoneration.

Well yeah because that would be an intentional murder for sure there’s no reason why a person would have to have an interaction with a cop and put their knee on the back of a cop’s neck unless they were trying to kill the cop.
Where this case cops use that technique to restrain people that’s part of what they do and I’m not sure whether or not the knee directly caused his death or whether it indirectly caused his death as in it triggered an underlying medical issue or if drugs caused his heart to over work and killed him. so we’re talking about the difference between 1st degree murder and manslaughter. I think that’s what we’re discussing here.
I agree in that once the guy had his hands cuffed behind his back and there were other cops around there’s no reason to keep him pressed down to the ground. I guess we’ll have to wait for the autopsy completely comes back then know for sure.
