Sacrificial lambs. Either fire them or face a recall election. Plus, Democrats naturally side with blacks. Minneapolis was 19% black in 2010. It might be 1/4 black today. Blacks are a huge factor in Democratic primaries. Any Democrat who alienates them is toast.
