Thank you for your comment. I read the so-called clarification from the DAss office. This did not sound like a retraction. This district attorney looks like hes been around for a long time. I dont think he made a mistake when he referred to other evidence that does not support a criminal charge. I think his statement was deliberate and designed to lower expectations as to any possible charging decision. My gut is that the other evidence that does not support the charge he is referring to is the autopsy. But, I will admit , I could very well be wrong. We shall see.
