Tired of our whole damned country believing that everyone with a badge - and now the TSA too - are heroes, above the law, delighting in civil forfeiture, and arresting people willy-nilly. Mandlaughter maybe, but where’s the evidence for a murder charge? Murder requires premeditation or participation in a felony. Premeditation is hard to prove for a cop if the arrest was lawful and intent to kill is lacking.
