Dallas police Chief Reneé Hall reversed her decision to file charges against 674 people who went onto Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge during a demonstration Monday.
From what I understand, they were arrested, but the local news said last night that Dallas had decided not to file charges against the people arrested on the bridge.

I think they were detained with zip ties and given citations. Then let go to continue the mayhem. Now, they are totally free to riot.
