Also, Ginsburg, Breyer and maybe Sotomayor get replaced in the next administration; Alito and Thomas retire and get replaced by two of the superstars that have been appointed to the circuit courts (like Justin Walker, the new judge on the DC Circuit; congratulations to him).

Ruling that one President cannot order the Executive branch to enforce the law by overturning an order by another President that required the Executive branch to NOT enforce the law is insane and can only be viewed as a an utterly partisan move.
