It seems too many people all over the world are assuming Chauvin guilty of killing poor Mr. Floyd with out knowing all the facts.
The transcript from the body camera worn by J. Alexander Kueng shows clear evidence that George Floyd was suffering respiratory distress before police laid hands on him. He died from a Fentanyl overdose, not from being choked out by Minneapolis police. This news will not bring joy to the crazed, leftist mob screaming to lop off the heads of the Minneapolis police officers who stand accused of "murdering" George Floyd and little attention has been paid to the transcript since its release on July 7. I hope to correct that oversight.
First a note about Officer J. Alexander Kueng. He also is a black man. He was adopted shortly after birth by a white woman and single mother. Can't have that story out there. Simply does not promote the meme that white Americans are inherently and irredeemably racist. How can a racist white woman be a loving mother to a black child? Racists don’t do that.
Once you read the transcript you will understand why the Minnesota Attorney General withheld the video evidence from the public and why the defense attorneys are trying to get the information out - it exonerates the police.
The incident starts with a store manager reporting that George Floyd had just given him a counterfeit bill.

You can finish reading the transcript for yourself. But the bottom line is clear - Floyd's respiratory crisis was caused by the Fentanyl he had ingested before the police showed up on the scene. That evidence is quite clear in the autopsy report. Those who have rushed to judgment in condemning the Minneapolis Police Department will have to do some major mea culpas.
Perhaps you've missed the mobs burning cities, the pandering of virtually all major corporations to the BLM movement, BLM slogans painted on race cars and streets in front of City Halls with the approval of Mayors, the changing of the long time names of sports teams, etc.
The facts aren't going to matter, the rule of law has clearly broken down. It's like a cop trying to cite someone for shoplifting in a Baghdad supermarket after the invasion of Iraq, civil society breaks down and things like that don't matter any more. Right now anything that has a tint of a racial aspect to it is going to have a preordained outcome, the law is going to be twisted to the extreme to placate the mob and persecute any white person involved. Witness the couple in St. Louis defending their home against the mob, they're about to be prosecuted for what any normal person would consider completely appropriate behavior.
When you say wait for the facts, the facts are irrelevant. He's done, stick a fork in him. The city and police department aren't going to stand up for him with the mob outside their door. If somehow he does avoid prison he'll be hounded until his dying day by ambulance chasing lawyers trying to make a quick buck and a name for themselves.
I applaud you for taking the high road and saying wait for the facts, but the reality is the facts don't matter. The mob has already judged him guilty and there's no one that's going to stand up to them. The wife is just trying to save some of the assets to keep from losing everything which will be the inevitable result if a dime stays in his name.
