Why doesn’t congress make it illegal for mayors to allow rioters, looters, vandals, and arsonists to run wild in their cities, while not providing sufficient security for law-abiding citizens?
Make no mistake. Every member of congress is a pimp or a whore. It just depends upon what the voters demand at the time. And no CongressCreep is going to risk alienating the ghetto vote by denouncing anything that's going on. Cept, maybe, Nascar.
Because Democrats think they can force Trump to do what the idiots want him to do, send in federal troops and create a bloodbath (they will make sure of it by killing their own if they have to), so they can rally Biden around “ending government fascism” and defeat Trump in November.
This should be obvious but as these comments show, sadly it is not. Most people are incapable of strategic thinking.
It is illegal. Those mayors are engaged in a conspiracy to violate civil rights under color of law. It’s legally exactly the same as a sheriff department in Mississippi in 1960 protecting the KKK as it terrorized people.
