The police are told to stand down-—why waste resources? Let them crumble and destroy themselves. It is a “lose-lose” situation, sadly but this is a classic “top down bottom up” scenario. Do NOT send them our money either-—let them destroy themselves.

Yes he can as long as the attacks are centralized to federal property and employees.

But so far these attacks have remained at state level crimes and not terrorism. Trump has allowed the states to implode. So this, at this time, is still considered attempted first degree murder as it is aimed at a no particular group and a created killing device with no protection intended. But if the states do not wish to prosecute them, then it can reach the level of an attack on federal property and people and Trump no longer needs the okay of a governor to enter. November is right around the corner.
