22 is just a “start”. If I were in-charge, it would start with 222 and work its way up the arrest-ability chain.
A RICO or other criminal conspiracy law could be used even against those who provided physical cover for those throwing stones, firecrackers, Molotov cocktails etc. from behind them.
Best way to mark them is with Yellow Die, Skunk liquid and Vomit liquid. You can run but you can’t hide, esp. from K9’s trained to sniff out this stuff.
Seems like the MSM would at least report the statistics. Then they could spin the arrests as unjust, brutality, etc.
