Your video... Ugh! That POS Kimber is *still* around, causing trouble in the streets of New Haven. I sometimes see him on the local 11pm news. HE was the one who should've been sued, not you!
Since I needed to pay a lawyer to do that and was only able to pay off the lawyer due to a fundraiser here, that was not an option.
Also, they were not optimistic of winning do to the OJ Jury effect.
But, you were dead right! At the least, he should have been arrested.
