Officially, the Portland city governing model makes the mayor and the members of the city council the heads of the city service departments.
JoAnne Hardesty, a ghastly dreadlocked skeletal Communist goon, oversees Portland Fire & Rescue, Bureau of Emergency Management, Bureau of Emergency Communications, and the Fire & Police Disability and Retirement Fund.
Amanda Friz, a good BLM member, is Equity and Human Rights and the Portland Water Bureau, and Open and Accountable Elections program.
Chloe Eudaly hates all Republicans, and put out a statement where she is "baffled" that the guy in Kenosha was shot in the back while "peacefully returning to his car". She serves as the Commissioner-in-Charge of the Portland Bureau of Transportation, the Office of Community & Civic Life, and the Arts Portfolio. (Which apparently includes graffiti)
Red Ted, the mayor, is the city police commissioner, and runs all the rest of the city commissions, such as Parks, Streets and Sanitation, that aren't "handled" by these retards.
