Its hard to tell from the security video of the shooting but based on the relative height of the shooter to the top of of police cruiser he looks and walks like a kid, maybe 9 or 10.
That’s even scarier than an adult since he probably can’t be given real prison time but only juvenile home time.
yeah...a kid? A woman? His gait is very odd. that is why someone knows who he is.
