Two campaign team members for Republican Lacy Johnson, who is challenging Rep. Ilhan Omar (D), were shot Monday afternoon in Minneapolis, one fatally.
Minnesota Public Radio reports that one 17-year-old and another team member were shot after being “approached on foot.” CBS 4 reports that the two were standing outside Super USA convenience store at the time, and that a gunman, or gunmen, fled the scene before they could be apprehended.
The 17-year-old succumbed to his wounds and the other campaign team member was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Johnson’s Campaign stated that the two were not carrying out official duties when shot.
The Campaign released a statement after the attack: “Today, we are shocked and saddened to learn of this senseless act of violence. It is shocking and unnecessary acts of violence like this that prove why change is more needed than ever in our community.”

There are no “mistakes” and no “coincidences” in this campaign. The left is waging war and assassinating police and conservatives for their jobs and beliefs. America needs to wake up because it will not survive a Biden presidency.

Yes, the teen killed went to Patrick Henry High School near by.
This shooting happened about 7 blocks from my house. Heard the sirens for quite a while afterwards.
I believe this was the third shooting near me that day.
I was thinking the garrison towns in Jamaica.
But Somalia works too.

If they’re so upset that the city has fallen into such a state of lawlessness and feel like the cops/leadership have given up...why aren’t they gathered in front of police stations with signs showing support for the police? Or It in front of the politicians that are defunding the police?
Because they fear for their lives if they publicly support The Blue?
