Civil war looks exactly like it looks right now, folks. Riots, or more properly purposeful and planned military operations, disguised as protests, political killings disguised as murders, government arrests of people who defend themselves from democrat paramilitary forces, lack of government prosecution of ‘friendly paramilitary, democrat forces’, endless information warfare from all directions and from all types of people telling you constant lies and misinformation, states, counties and cities creating thousands of ‘laws’ meant to only target the enemies of the party in power in that locality (i.e. Lawfare) and I am sure I could come up with a hundred more details.
We are in a civil war now, folks and this is what it looks like.

Not quite. Patriots haven't started "protesting" yet.
One thing he didnt take into consideration - because it didnt exist and nobody could have dreamed of it - is the newly acquired, massive power of leftist regional governments (states, municipalities, etc.) to officially shut down society and all opposition.
Weve let them get this power, the courts generally have not permitted challenges to it, and we are so locked down already that it would be impossible for two sides to emerge. Weve already let them control our interstate and international travel, and freedom of movement and association in general, to a degree probably not seen outside of Communist China. Sadly, this is worldwide, where the left has converted places like England and Australia into virtual prison camps and kept people from communicating.
I read that in Scotland, people are going to be forbidden to visit each other in their homes. In England, travel outside of the home and gatherings of more than six people is forbidden. Masks (gags) are required everywhere. And these things are enforced by the police, the military and, of course, by the stasi populace.
So perhaps before the civil war, it will be necessary to have a revolt.
I think the difference between what we have now and a proper war is that every killing isnt going to be adjudicated to death in a war. Now, if you defend yourself with a firearm, even if you dont shoot anyone, you get indicted, your firearm is confiscated, and you have to appeal to ever higher powers to get some leniency. In a hot war, people get shot, many offensively, and we go about our business killing more of the opponent with nary an eye blink.
