(CNN)When Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg returns for the final time to the Supreme Court on Wednesday, an army of more than a hundred of her former clerks will meet the casket and accompany it up the stone steps leading to the great hall where the liberal icon presided for almost 30 years.

The Supreme Court, built on precedent and rooted in tradition, will honor Ginsburg in a private ceremony and then a public viewing, but her former clerks, standing guard, won't leave the casket.

Honor guard?? What, do these people think they’re in the military or something?

“lioness, giant”

Just remember, a terminal alcoholic and murderer was the “lion of the senate.”

Ruth Bader Ginsburg Didn’t Understand Her Job. If RBG wanted to be a lawmaker, she should have run for Congress.

. “Ruth Bader Ginsburg had a vision for America,” Linda Hirshman argues in the Washington Post. What was her vision? “To make America fairer, to make justice bigger.” THAT IS NOT A JOB FOR HE JUDGE — that is a job for a legislator. The job of making law properly belongs to — some people find this part hard to handle — lawmakers. MAKING LAW IS NOT THE JOB OF THE JUDGE, even so some misguided judges think so.

The job of the judge is to see that the law is followed and applied in a given case. It does not matter if the law is unfair or if the law is unjust — that should not be the judges concern. If you have a vision for America, and desire to make the law more fair or more just, then there is a place for you: Congress. Anyway you twist and turn it, this is the place where laws are made and passed and not by the Supreme Court.

Yes, and every one of them should be holding in each arm the body of a baby who has been murdered via abortion. It is a sad commentary that this woman is going to be put on display in the Capitol. Keep her in the Supreme Court building where she served destructively for far too many years.

Before Moses left Egypt with his people, didn’t he tell the troops that the Egyptian rule stating that when the Empress dies all her minions must be buried (alive) with her is going with them to the promised land?...

Did they call Scalia’s clerks an ‘army?’

Remember all the pomp and B.S. for McCain’s funeral. Now he’s gone and thankfully forgotten.

FTA: ...where the liberal icon presided for almost 30 years.

She wasn’t the Chief Justice, so what exactly did she preside over? The Closet of Idiocy? The Cloakroom of libtardism?

Will the one law clerk that was of color be there?

No, unfortunately they only had 39 seats available.

She presided over her seat. Yada yada yada. Guess what? Her name is not emblazoned on the actual chair. Fill it.
