An eagle eyed plane spotter in Hawaii raised suspicions that the president could be incapacitated moments before news broke that he had tested positive for coronavirus.
Two E-6B Mercury jets – known as the Navy’s doomsday planes – were launched off both the east and west coast in the early hours of the morning.
The planes are designed to fly aerobatic-like manoeuvres over the sea that allows them to send messages to ballistic missile submarines hiding below, effectively safeguarding the country in the event that the White House is immobilised.
In an atomic war, the E-6s would relay directions to help target enemy cities and military bases with nuclear-tipped Trident submarine-launched ballistic missiles, or SLBMs.

It could be no accident that E-6s were airborne over both coasts in the minutes before Trump’s announcement that he was infected. “I would expect them to pop up if he tests positive,” tweeted Tim Hogan, an American open-source intelligence practitioner.
Hogan tracked the E-6s on public software that registers airplanes’ radio transponders. Military planes often switch off their transponders in order to avoid being tracked. If a military jet’s transponders are on, it’s because their crews want to be seen.
In the case of the E-6s, “it’s a message to the small group of adversaries with SLBMs and ICBMs,” Hogan noted.

That was the Boeing 720, the prototype for the 707. The roll wasn’t planned (at least not by the company). The test pilot, Tex Johnston decided to do it on his own, because he wanted to make sure the airlines bought the airplane, and thought such a dramatic demonstration of its capabilities would help sell it. Boeing had bet virtually the entire company’s worth on the success or failure of the 707. Turned out to be a great bet in the end, but I’m sure Tex gave the executives heart palpitations for a few moments.

E-6B Mercury (aka TACAMO) planes are NOT 747’s. They are 707’s, same as the Air Force’s KC-135’s. As the late Tex Johnson proved back in the 50’s, they are quite capable of aerobatics (lookup the “Lake Washington Barrel Roll”).
It is of a kind with their lack of understanding on anything involving firearms. Beyond that, I am quite convinced the journalist class is generally innumerate.
Yep, I already corrected myself on that. I suddenly remembered that I was thinking of the E4Bs, which are 747-based. Incidentally, every time I hear “E6B” I immediately think of the old E6B flight computer, which was essentially a circular slide rule for flight planning. Anyone old enough, like me, to remember those?
E-6 Mercury TACAMOs are modified 707 airframes. E-4As are modified 747s.

I lived in Seattle when it took place.
Of course, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised when people who compose the headlines loaded into the chyron systems that generate the news tickers and other graphics on the screen can’t even spell. I see typo-filled headlines all the time on Fox, and feel embarrassed for them while the errors sit there uncorrected. I think it’s just another symptom of the incredibly poor quality of “education” today.
How many ‘positive’ tests proved to be false positives????
People who were in long lines in large parking lots—for hours without any porta potties-— left the line-—NEVER got the actual test & 3 weeks later got “RESULTS” that stated they were positive!!!
They had filled out the paperwork at the beginning of the line-—but they NEVER got the test...
MORE fraud on the part of states.....Billed to the Feds.
I'm not sure that this is a big deal. If the media knows, the intelligence agencies of the bad guys knew and had probably had known much quicker and much more reliably.

They had their transponders on, they wanted to be known.
One theory on that cruise ship is they maintained some measure of social distancing and masking early.
That lowered to total viral load that people were exposed to, and people didn’t get sick.
Viral exposure is something that is talked about in veterinary medicine, but we have not talked about this in people medicine since the 30s. More will be coming out about this over the next few weeks.
