Media magnate Rupert Murdoch has predicted privately that Democratic nominee Joe Biden will defeat President Donald Trump in the presidential election in a landslide victory, the Daily Beast reported Thursday.
-snip-
Murdoch has appeared to enjoy unhindered access to the White House, but has not spoken with Trump lately at least for several weeks, sources confided to the Daily Beast after Murdoch grew tired of Trumps unending grievances about negative coverage from Fox News.
Murdoch has griped about Trump in the past, suggesting in a tweet ahead of the 2016 presidential election that then-candidate Donald Trump had been embarrassing his friends and the whole country.
A Murdoch executive told the Daily Beast that Murdoch grew increasingly frustrated with Trump last winter, and at that time had even considered backing then-Democratic presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg, whom he had pushed for a presidential run four years prior.

In what universe would you consider Rupert Murdoch intellectual?
If true, it is time for Republicans to dump Fox.
If you can get Newsmax TV its not bad. 99.9% pro-Trump.
89 year olds grumble, and if they know how to work the Internet they tweet stuff, but it doesn't add up to much in the end. My general impression is "So what? If you read the whole thing there's a reference to "insiders" speculating on a run for the presidency in 2004 by Tucker Carlson. That confirms the fake news feel the rest of the story has.
Report: Rupert Murdoch wanted ‘anyone but Trump...even Hillary’ in 2016 election
Rupert Murdoch begged Roger Ailes to support HILLARY over Donald Trump hoping Fox News would ‘tilt’ to Clinton
I only watch Tucker Carlson. Most of those I’ve seen during the day time hours are anti-Trump.
Surely you jest. For a Trump win to be called a landslide he’d have to win 49 states.
For Biden all he has to do is win 272 - 268 and the media would call it a landslide.
Remember, the same word (no matter what it is), is applied differently to Democraps and Republicans.
Let’s not get foolish now!
If true, it is time for Republicans to dump Fox.
True or not, it’s long past time to dump fox.

I smell ozone.
I maybe shouldn’t comment more, since I am not stateside at the moment.

Dumped them 2 years ago. Watch OAN or Newsmax.
Yall have a pretty good change of winning the White House.
Wife and I were watching the hearing when Graham said this, and it brought wife immediately to tears. I didn't do a great job consoling her, as I've been saying for the past 2 months that we're very likely not going to win - and to get ready for that outcome so it doesn't hit us like a ton of bricks if and when it does - which increasingly is looking to be the case.
That said, we're still voting Trump and for all the (R) Senate and Congress candidates..because the future of our country literally depends on our pulling out a win. But it's hard to ignore all the many indications that point, sadly, to a different outcome than any of us would like.
Just keeping it real..which appears to be what Lindsey Graham was also doing this AM. I was actually pretty shocked he'd be this forthright as it's always the strategy to insist you're going to win..even if it looks like you're not. Strange stuff, so it tells me that it's SO obvious that he didn't even feel he could "fake it" with any credibility at this point..
If it’s private, why is it being reported?
We on the other hand read everything, even if it's unfavorable so we know the reality of the situation.
