Twitter has no problem with the fake Atlantic - Trump/Cemetery story
Twitter ^ | 9/3/2020 | The Atlantic on Twitter

The Atlantic's tweets, and media echo chamber retweets are still up on Twitter for this obvious fake story by anonymous sources that was refuted by over a dozen people who were there at the time. Click on the Twitter link. All of the story and the related garbage around it are still there.

If the Republicans don't stop this, we are in big trouble. This should be an emergency case before the Supreme Court. This is as clear a 1st amendment case as there can be - censoring political speech on what has become a public platform. The internet runs on a public/private partnership and the government has an obligation to oversee it. Social media must be regulated to stop it from violating the free speech of people they don't agree with.

Twatter is out promoting #ByeTiffany as an counter attack on Trump’s children because she had a birthday party a few days ago.

Of course twitter had no problem with the Atlantic attack on Trump!

Please see this simple cheat graph that all social media partisans use for determining how to administer propaganda in the United States.

Social Media Political action grid:
Helps Hurts
Trump : Violates community standards Allow
Biden : Allow Needs Fact Checked

By the time the complaints are dealt with, it will be too late to positively impact the election. None of this is by accident. Complacency is going to give us a VP Harris. What a nightmare.

None of this is by accident.

It should be obvious by now that nothing the RATs do is by accident. Everything is carefully manipulated before hand to help themselves or hurt their enemies. The communist Chinese created the Wuhan virus, the liberal left created the “pandemic” environment to crash a booming economy and prevent a Trump landslide. Nothing is by accident with these guys!

Not that it will do anything but I “reported” the tweet for false information.

It is a privately held Internet environment.

They can have Congress remove their special protections, but we need both houses of Congress.

The FCC can regulate the internet the same way they regulate television and radio. Here is what the current law says:

Section 230(c)(2)(A), states:

(2) Civil liability No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be held liable on account of—

(A) any action voluntarily TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH to restrict access to or availability of material that the provider or user considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected;

The key is what I put in all caps - GOOD FAITH. This episode of censoring the Trump campaign on a legitimate story clearly violates the good faith clause and invites FCC action.

Well said. Notice how the Dem ran states and cities maximized the economic damage from the virus. Then when the damage progressed they let the rioters cause more damage. We should be shouting it from the rooftops. It was a kill the economy effort to undo what Trump had accomplished.
