At the risk of being flamed. It’s possible one of the reasons the FBI told the shop owner to keep quiet about the laptop is that the subpoena was issued by a Federal Grand Jury.

Most USDA’s don’t like the workings of a Grand Jury to be publicized lest the target get wind of what the Grand Jury is looking at.

It’s possible the corruption is so deep and pervasive, the case is taking longer to develop than first thought. I’ve worked cases with Federal Task Forces that stretched on for a year or better because of the depth of criminality. Kind of like peeling an onion. It’s layer after layer.

I have no defense for the Comey’s, McCabes, and others who used their position to politicize the agency, but you can’t paint everyone with that brush.

We rail when All conservatives take heat for the actions of a few, yet we do the same to others (FBI agents) without hesitation.

Let’s just see where this goes.

Flame on :)

We mostly agree. The difference is I’d like to see swift justice. If half of the criminals get away this year, that’s far better than getting only slightly more of them two years from now.
