He is pretty raspy. He’s doing his best to save that voice, but I don’t know where he’s going to be voice wise by the end of the day.

Purely anecdotal, but this is how I sound when I'm coming down with a cold. Three more rallies today, then four each on the next two days in various states. Throat lozenges really help, Mr. President. And please rest well tonight!
