I am just passing on the article, for situational awareness of our community. Just reporting what’s going on.
It seems to be a steady spread of marijuana legalization, each election cycle. Some win, some lose, but I don’t recall any getting rolled back, once they are enacted.
Kristi Noem has filed suit to throw out the vote. I think it’s based on the constitutionality of an amendment to the bill that passed.
