I just took a look. Fairfax County is supposed to have about 750k registered voters, and they have already counted about 200k votes. That leaves about 550k potential votes outstanding in Fairfax county. Trump is leading VA by about 182k votes. That means Biden would need to get about 357k out of 550k (if every register voter voted) for Fairfax to make up the difference. That would be 65% of the outstanding vote. It may be doable in Fairfax county but it would be a nail-biter.
