Fox News host Tucker Carlson opened Wednesday night’s episode of “Tucker Carlson Tonight” by pointing out the significance of Republicans likely keeping the Senate majority.
As of Wednesday, Democrats had flipped GOP Senate seats in Colorado and Arizona and lost one in Alabama, for a net gain of only one seat. Republican Maine Sen. Susan Collins pulled through in what many thought would be a close race, as did Republican Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst, while Republican North Carolina Sen. Thom Tillis appears likely to narrowly hold his seat as well.
Carlson pointed to proposals like court-packing, abolishing the filibuster, legalizing illegal immigrants, and adding states as methods the left would have used, with a Senate majority, to obtain “total control over everything.”
“No more democracy, no more dissent, permanent obedience from the rest of us, and they came shockingly close to getting that,” Carlson opined. “If Democrats had won the White House and the Senate last night, the country as we know it would’ve ended, not because Democrats have bad ideas — though they do — but because Democrats plan to impose an entirely new system on our country.”
“With nothing to check their power, the left fully intended to eliminate the traditional American balances within our government, along with the Constitution and the Bill of Rights that constrain their power,” he continued.
The Fox News host suggested that the point of the proposals “was to create a permanent Democrat majority, a one-party state with complete control of the population.”
“Never in our history has any mainstream political party proposed an agenda more radical than this,” Carlson concluded. “They didn’t talk about it much. There’s a reason for that, of course. They didn’t want to scare you, but it was entirely real — and last night it came really close to happening. We should all be deeply grateful that it didn’t.”
Don’t count on the Senate Republicans to hold the line if Trump is not President.

I am not so sure of the Senate. They’re still counting...
Also, I’m in no mood to take some crumb as a consolation prize for the theft that has happened.

They are still counting votes. Who knows if Rs maintained the majority? We are mid-steal.
GoP senate and SCOTUS was olive branch to get never Trumpers on board. Meanwhile, elections wont matter after ths one.
I really think the Dems look at it this way. If we steal it fine, if the right wants to fight over it fine.

McConnell is a swamp creature. He will gladly play ball with the Dems, as long as he gets his.
The country is changing rapidly, by the the Harris is done with it, it will be unrecognizable.
Look at our election processes, Tucker. If they stand then America as you know it has already ended. A two vote majority in the Senate won’t help you if fraudulent elections are now the rule of the day.

So Tucker is trying to diffuse people’s outrage over the theft of the presidential election.
Tucker gets his paycheck from Fox. And Fox was part of the fraud. By calling Arizona for Biden they made it look like he had the momentum and Trump would be a sore loser to challenge.
Fox has fought against Trump from the time he announced his candidacy.
I’m not watching ANY of Fox - INCLUDING TUCKER.
Excuse me, Tucker. But the Senate is still in limbo. The best we can do now is 50-50 with the VP the tie-breaker.
A Democrat President can destroy the USA through foreign policy easily enough, especially when China is pulling his strings and China has bought a very large piece of Joe Biden.

right now, he’s telling us, forget about it , we kept the Senate. So he’s playing along with the fraud that robbed us of the White House.

Republicans like Romney want an Endless War Open Borders America Last globalist agenda and actively work against Trump for being against all of that.
Look at our election processes, Tucker.
The outrageous fraud - midnight miracle ballots - is obvious. You shouldn’t need to argue Tucker into recognizing something that’s plain as day.
If Tucker ignores it, then he’s part of the problem - going along with the Fox bigwigs who sign his paychecks.
