I found this link when digging around about Mich voter fraud. Its a CSV file of dead Michigan voters who sent in ballots this year. Someone had already done the legwork to match them up.
There are over 9000 of them:

https://controlc.com/c17e91ba

I started cross referencing some names against the Mich voter info site at their S.O.S office and it’s legit.

SOS site is here if you want to try it yourself:

https://mvic.sos.state.mi.us/Voter/Index

I send the link to Rudy on Twitter, hopefully he already has this info. I can’t source it but you can see for yourself by checking it on the SOS site.

Wow, I just read the whole article. This is staggering. I hope there is good evidence of all of this instead of just hearsay and they get their day in court. All of the suspect ballots should be thrown out at a minimum and, preferably, a new election called in Michigan guarded by federal agents from the U.S. Marshals Service, not the FBI.

Yes, those are voters who voted. The question is whether they are dead. I found a site to look up deceased people: http://www.locateancestors.com/linda-hamilton/ and in the CSV you linked there's a ""HAMILTON LINDA","3","1951","48212","10/8/2020","03/11/1951","02/01/1976","70" which is an exact match. The site I linked definitely does not have every dead person in the US but obviously has some.

That person voted and that person is dead, no doubt about it.

What I did was spot check the ones over 100 years old as of this year. You know they are most likely dead since not too many people make it to that age :) .

I found a site with name frequencies: http://howmanyofme.com/people/Linda_Hamilton/ where it says: There are 1,240 people in the U.S. named Linda Hamilton. That means in the past 70 years there were 18 for each year and a 1 in 20 chance that the Linda Hamilton in the dead person database with that birth date is not the same Linda Hamilton in the voter database with that birth date. IOW and 95% chance it is the same person.

It’s hard to avoid the conclusion that however strong the evidence provided to the court, what really matters is the honesty of the judge. I wonder how the selection of the judge is done.

If the plaintiffs have an good case, and I suspect they do, this will be appealed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Imagine the screaming from the left when Trump’s appointees order a federally-supervised do-over in Detroit (and Milwaukee, Philadelphia, and ??)

And after imagining that, imagine him winning the re-vote.

As I see it, the only solution that avoids taking this to the House of Representatives to choose the next president is to hold new elections in cities that obviously cheated.

The counters were NOT 6ft from each other if the observer was wearing a mask WHY would they have to be 6ft. away the mask is for situations when you can NOT be 6ft. away!!}

And in Philadelphia, the observers were kept not 6 feet or 25 feet from the counting, but rather from the edge of the counting area. There is simply no way to justify that - especially after judicial ‘clarification’ of the obvious.

The trainer in Detroit taught them to set up their tables so there was no way a poll watcher could maintain a 6 foot distance so would not be able to get anywhere near the counters.

yep. There is a lot missing in that recording, but that is a very clear example of a premeditated concerted act to unlawfully abuse the system.

There are over 9000 of them:

And they are in and of themselves of only secondary concern. Primarily they are collectively proof of an intentional failure to secure the election.

There is no time for a do-over election after the cases are heard, and before the Electoral College slates have to be submitted.

I can see how you’d be able to look up names of registered voters in a state, but is there a way to look up the names of people who voted in a particular election? Where would that be published?

Some people are obviously talking because those are pretty specific allegations.

It would appear to be first hand observance. What they did to prevent observation is certainly prima facia evidence of fraud and an honest judge would see it that way. Remember this doesn't have to go to a jury for a decision, a trial would come after that.

They’re electing two senators in Georgia in January. That’s a statewide race.

I’m talking half a dozen city-wide ones. If the Supreme Court hears enough to rule quickly, there’s time.

Otherwise, they could rule the elections in those cities invalid, and toss the election to the House.

Obviously, I’m not a lawyer, but hopefully the legal solution to fraud isn’t to just let them win?
