You are correct.
Words matter. He stressed that the facts he had in his posession would not be enough but indicated there is fraud and needs to be determined to what extent.

Unfortunately, the USSC could ignore the constitution and decide not to even get involved using illegitimate non-legal reasoning - i.e. the covid crisis, threats of violence by Biden backers and never trumpers, etc.. They have not accepted the Writ of Certiorari yet and there is no guarantee that they will. We know at least 3 would vote yes, but the other 6 are anyone’s guess. If the USSC does not grant cert it will be over, and state certifications of results (including perjured ones) will start to happen.

Disregarding the constitution is never acceptable for the sake of expediency. If it happens, the US is on the way out.
They will continue to chip away at it for at least 4 more years using the same veiled extortionate tactics

Agree he can only do so much with the boss has a finger on the trigger.
Maybe he will move to Newsmax and a few others.
