A number of suits did get dismissed very quickly. The one’s going to the supreme Court are going to take a while to prepare
Mostly failed? Is that like a mostly peaceful “protest”?
Word search “ruling” or “ruled.” Unless Judges have ruled on the suits they are still ongoing.
They are gathering the evidence now.

The article is an opinion piece that uses scant evidence of its own to make sweeping claims. Remember, courts have shut down the president time and time again only to get reversed in the SCOTUS. And there are a lot of “judge Sullivans” out there that need to be slapped down.
Why? Are they on the court?

Isn’t it a bit late for that? I am not impress by Rudy in this matter. It’s one thing to wave your hands all over, it’s another to show large scale fraud. All I have been reading so far doesn’t amount to that. Where is the beef?!?!
There is a thread here somewhere that is a compilation of the myriad of voter fraud evidence around the nation. I can’t find it because I forgot the title. I can tell you the word “compilation” is not in the title because that turned up nothing in a search.
To say that a lawsuit has “failed”, in a non-gaslight world, the lawsuit must have been decided against favor. But, to my knowledge, none have been decided yet, and indeed, they were only filed Monday and yesterday. So, this article is gaslighting, which is fully in keeping with NPR’s being part of the gaslight media.
