Just those numbers doesn’t say much. For example I think (iirc) Tucker Carlson averages around 2 million viewers but it spiked due to interest in the election. His interview with the Biden Whistleblower got close to 8 million viewers. So down 28% from what? Last week? Last month? Average over the year?

You’d have to expect fluctuations due to election coverage.

Carlson has been averaging over 4m viewers. 2m is not good.
