Back in the early 2000’ s when people were worried about Computer voting machines and their possibly being hacked, we were assured that they were not connected to the Internet; that they were strictly tabulators and that each memory card in it would be removed and taken to the election headquarters where the numbers would be added up. <>
I worked as an election judge and the numbers from each precinct were written on a sheet of paper posted on the wall, updated each hour IIRC. Now we have the Internet and going through foreign countries. This is outrageous.

Hm.
Results can not only be loaded from an encrypted memory card, but can be loaded from a network file system.
Hm.

I tried to copy the video but failed. Can someone make sure you get it before twitter "files" it?
Thanks

What’s stopping a crooked worker from reloading the same memory card (for example from a 95% Rat precinct), over and over again?
