I heard a guest suggest they were certainly opening themselves up to a lawsuit if any of their accusations are true.
If I were running that company and did not do any of this stuff—I would be on the phone with my lawyer right then.
However, it appears a lot of these offices of Dominion have closed up shop and moved on.
That tells you a bunch right there. I am sure their leases were good through the end of the month/year.

In civil court there is this marvelous thing called discovery which gives the lawyers much more leeway than they have in criminal court.
The power of discovery is that the lawyers can ask their opponent a wide ranging variety of questions which must be answered truthfully, on record usually recorded.
The facts are that Dominion will not dare to take the risk.
A pity because it would be worth watching.

SOMEHOW they are MORE corrupt. I am working on how to prove that, and it’s intriguing.I guess it’s just , with CNN or MSNBC, you can figure them out immediately and know what to expect, so you can banish them from your mind and attention. With FOX there’s a constant tug of war between hosts and guests and commentators and “strategists” ( almost exclusively Democrat strategists) and it’s these last-named that have populated the show excessively in the run up to the election. In other words , what they used to call “fair and balanced” now comes across as “we’re hedging our bets for you ,whoever you are, we’ve got something for everyone.” Why do this when CNN and MSNBC already have a monopoly on left-wing propaganda? It is ONLY in contrast to them that FOX sometimes looks good. That’s how they sell themselves.
