A recount is not likely to change anything without an audit. An audit is unlikely to change anything with mail-in ballots as noted above. In addition their were shredding services shredding documents yesterday so everything is simply tainted at this point.
And that's a problem because we don't keep a picture of our last submitted ballot as part of our voter registration file. And we know the Dominion Voting machines have a picture of the ballot to compare the sig from the registration records.
