If Gov. Gump did get money from Dominion, then he is required to report it, either on his personal taxes and\or his election files. Either way, there should be a fingerprint. The question is how do we get to it?

There’s probably no way to access the information, most likely the money is hidden away in a Cayman or Swiss account.
