Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) scolded Anthony Fauci in a tweet on Sunday, suggesting the nation's leading infectious disease expert apologize for his warnings about the danger the coronavirus poses to school-age children.
"Dr Fauci owes @RandPaul an apology," one of Paul's Twitter followers said.
Paul responded: "No, he owes one to every single parent and school-age child in America. I told him this multiple times this summer."
Fauci and Paul have clashed several times since the pandemic began, with the Kentucky Republican accusing Fauci of fear-mongering rhetoric and what he says is incorrect praise of so-called lockdown measures implemented to stem the spread of the virus.
“Dr. Fauci, every day we seem to hear from you things we can’t do. But when you’re asked, ‘Can we go back to school?’ I don’t hear much certitude at all. ‘Well, maybe.’ ‘It depends.’ Guess what? It’s rare for kids to transmit this. I don’t hear that coming from you. All I hear is, ‘We can’t do this, we can’t do that, we can’t play baseball,’ ” Paul said while demanding schools reopen during a Senate hearing in late June. “It’s important to realize that if society meekly submits to an expert and that expert is wrong, a great deal of harm may occur when we allow one man’s policy or one group of small men and women to be foisted on an entire nation."
Fauci responded to Paul at the hearing, saying he feels "very strongly we need to do whatever we can to get the children back to school."
During the early days of the pandemic, Fauci and other public health officials urged local school districts to consider all factors before deciding if it was safe to have children and teachers return to classrooms.
On Sunday, Fauci clarified his position on school closures amid a nationwide spike in coronavirus cases this fall.
"The default position should be to try as best as possible, within reason, to keep the children in school, to get them back to school," Fauci said on ABC's "This Week." "If you look at the data, the spread among children and from children is not very big at all, not like one would have suspected. So let's try to get the kids back. But let's try to mitigate the things that maintain and push the kind of community spread we are trying to avoid. And those are the things you know well. The bars, the restaurants ... those are the things that drive the community spread. Not the schools."

Fauci needs to apologize for having personally started the pandemic in the first place with his gain-of-function experiment in the Wuhan China laboratory.
Fauci has completely lost his scientific mind. He may still know a litany of facts, but is no longer inquisitive. I’m sure age has some bearing, but mostly he’s trapped in political thinking. He couldn’t decide to have a bowel movement without a study committee and 5 layers of plausible deniability.
When you think of all the lives and futures that man has destroyed, as well as misery, isolation and despair he has caused, it’s hard to think of a punishment severe enough.
This circus dwarf Fauci is clearly enjoying his extended 15 minutes of MSM fame. He can contradict himself or be blatantly political dozens of times, and yet he still has a guaranteed platform.
It must be profitable for him, and he must be having fun.

So much evidence has been revealed regarding the numbers and the lack of truth and credibility regarding this whole “pandemic.”
It’s all about the numbers, but when you take a real look at the numbers they’re nothing honest, in fact they’re nothing but made up BS!
Issues:
False Covid-19 death rates, there have been numerous reports by hospital staff, nurses, mortuary people who have stated the deaths have been misreported, and they have presented evidence to support their claims.
The out of balance numbers where certain states have massive amounts of death where other states with the same amount of sickness had much smaller death rates…. That doesn’t make sense!
Misreporting to make money, claims have been made that if deaths were reported as Covid-19 the reporting institutions made money on the deaths where they wouldn’t have otherwise.
False reporting of positive test results, the testing has been screwed up where people reported being listed as “positive” when they weren’t. Some people taking more than one test and getting different results. Nurses and medical personal that sent in unused testing swabs and they came back “positive!”
Social media sites stifling and punishing people for reporting stories that don’t support the pandemic narrative, even though they are presented by legitimate experts in their fields. Figure that out!
The issue of preventatives: Medicines and natural supplements that restore and strengthen the body’s immune system and ward off virus infections at a high rate. And the possible true numbers that would be if some of these medical researchers, immunologists and doctors would have been listened to from the beginning of this “crisis.”
(Governors banning pharmacies from filling prescriptions from doctors that might have saved patients???)

The thoughts on the tragic number of people who have died that might not have and they way they died without spouses or family allowed to see them or say goodbye. TRAGIC!!!

I totally agree with you this clown that has destroyed lives Americans to live in fear should again as I’ve said so many times have this retirement benefits cut. He has shown no exceptionalism in making it to the top of his bureaucracy. And it seems that bureaucracy thrives on hedging your bets in every way except accountability.
Why was his project given to the Chinese and not to Americans? Maybe somebody should look at what was handed to him cash wise to do it in China.

Rand Paul should do a little research on that SOB.
I suggest reading one or both of Dr. Judy Mikovits recent books.
Among other things she details out how Fauci and other’s at CDC SILENCED, JAILED and destroyed her 30 year scientific career when she refused to be silent and “destroy her data” after she discovered that vaccines AND the blood supply were contaminated with animal retrovirus which is linked as the causative agent on all manner of human illness and death.
Fauci should be charged with Crimes Against Humanity.
