This is all happening so quickly, it is hard to keep up with everything.
From another thread, I found that 17 states had joined the Texas lawsuit.
What is the current count?
Maybe we can keep track of them all in one place:

The relief available, to throw out 10's of millions of votes, is extraordinary. I would be both stunned and ecstatic if SCOTUS were to take such action. I would also expect a massive and disruptive reaction.
They are not votes being thrown out. Something created out of thin air is not a vote. They are counting only the legal ballots. Usine correct language about this is important, the other side will be trying to describne it the way you did.
