I was on the thread from last night about this. Over 350 replies. Nowhere no how did it indicate he had a heart attack.
How typical. He may have had COVID-19, but that’s not what killed him. But that’s not what the Covid counters want us to believe.

If we didn't have COVID would we have had 111% of deaths: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/index.htm The numbers are provisional (incomplete). The actual tally for 2020 will be more like 14% once all the deaths have been submitted to the health statistics center.
