Washington Times ^ | February 19th | Alex Swoyer

Alaska Republican Party officials are looking to former governor and Tea Party favorite Sarah Palin as a potential primary challenger to Sen. Lisa Murkowski, who has drawn their ire for her vote to convict former President Donald Trump in his latest impeachment trial.

Of the seven Republican senators who voted to convict Mr. Trump, Ms. Murkowski is the only one up for reelection in 2022.

in another month or so, noem will step on an invisible FR landmine, and they’ll be calling her a lousy uniparty GOPe rino.

And this from the number one Palin stomper. Can't you find a real conservative like Graham or Rubio or McConnel to stomp on? Palin doesn't hold any office, besides I doubt you would have a vote in that election.

biden won due to a tsunami of unregulated, unverified COVID mail ballots, an unknown (but likely huge) number of which were almost certainly fraudulent.

that’s an argument that had a chance. we, however, brilliantly managed to FUBAR this thing into outer space but by chasing around the utterly unprovable dominion ghost. lin wood had a lot to do with that monumental screw up.

the rest, as they say, is history.

got that?

I take exception to your accusation. I’m sure there’s a bigger palin stomper around here somewhere.

They apparently didn't have near enough mail in ballots and had to manufacture a few hundred thousand.

I doubt anyone could have predicted the complete sell out of the courts but the direction was pretty clear after the Supremes stiffed the President. The notion that there was not massive election fraud is just silly. The fact that no court will hear the evidence is not proof there was no fraud. Prima facia evidence is overwhelming and people have received the death penalty with less evidence.

Listen, there are few bigger fans of Sarah Palin here than me. I’d love to see her get into this race.

Murkowski is a corrupt Scion of a corrupt political family. She does what she’s told by the Ruling Class to maintain her position. Palin’s race to replace her would be a satisfying populist uprising against a deeply compromised political order. And Trump would likely support her.

But I’m not sure she gets in. She threatened to get in, but I’m not sure that Palin has what it takes to go through the fire anymore. I hope I’m wrong, and I hope she does. But I don’t think she’s going to get in that race.

if you can’t prove it in the courts, it didn’t happen. one of the big lessons that we (should have) learned here is that there is no established legal process to challenge a flood of tainted mail ballots once they’re intermingled with valid votes.

we were to busy flagellating ourselves over voting machines while the media played their “no evidence of widespread vote fraud” video loop on constant playback.

we got monumentally hosed, but the biggest hoser was ourselves.

Well NOT...but I suspect you may have ties to the energy industry since Sarah Palin wanted the energy folks to pay a little bit of taxes in connection with their pipeline plans which she had no objection to.

She is so hated by the energy folks and their GOP Establishment cronies for that.

Palin outed the cozy relationship between the GOP Chairman in Alaska and the energy industry.

I guess old Frank Murkowski felt more like a man when he met Sarah and decided to put her on the oil and gas commission as a token but she got him in the end.

Sean was in Romney and Cheney land.

I've been on FR a lot longer than you. I've never seen on FR post that suggest that about Parnell. Do you have one shred of proof of your smear of Parnell in defense of a radical leftist?

The “recall provision” needs to be in the federal constitution to have any effect.

My Alaskan friends say Palin’s time has come and gone.

Also they say its a great made-for-TV myth that Alaskans are “rugged independent individualists”. Huge numbers of “gimmiedats” in the state. Murkowski knows how to play them.

Spoken like a TrueCon. You have no idea who I am, other than the fact that I indicated that I was a Palin fan.
