Exclusive– Indiana AG Todd Rokita: H.R. 1 Kills Voter ID Laws, Sends Ballots to Dead People, Allows Ballot Harvesters to Hand in Fraudulent Votes After Elections
breitbart ^ | 5 Mar 2021 | ROBERT KRAYCHIK

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita told Breitbart News on Friday that H.R. 1 would prohibit voter ID laws nationwide while automatically sending ballots to all persons on poorly maintained voter rolls.

“H.R. 1 basically codifies the opportunities for fraud during last year’s election and makes it the law of the land,” Rokita said.

Rokita explained, “H.R. 1 makes photo ID illegal in the United States. Meanwhile, it mails out live ballots to everyone on the voting list — alive or dead — and it makes it much more difficult for states to take dead people off the voting rolls, to take people who moved away off of voting rolls.”

Rokita noted that H.R. 1 would also nationalize legal ballot harvesting and extend voting deadlines for ten days after an election.

“H.R. 1 says you can still turn in that mailed-out ballot — or your ballot harvester can, up to ten days after the election. So if you get a close election, you can still have harvesters out there collecting possibly fraudulent ballots and turning them in, and you have to accept these ballots.”

Rokita said, “Everywhere you go in the world, a photo ID is required to vote. Everywhere you go in the world, it’s by vast majority in-person voting because that’s how you really can help maintain one-person-one-vote because the person actually appears before you.”

“Mail-in balloting is where the most fraud occurs, and now they’ve thrown out those thin guard rails,” Rokita added.

Rokita joined 19 other state attorneys general in a letter to congressional leaders laying out “constitutional vulnerabilities” within H.R. 1.

Rokita:

“If the people don’t think and don’t have reasonable confidence backed by facts and observation that they still are in power — that they have the power through the electoral process to put in place who they want — then this country is lost.”

Election cheating has been the game for most of the history of the Republic...

The Dims have taken election steals to a new level with the 2018 & 2020 cycles...

If HR1 passes, and who will stop it, then the Pubbies better invest in an effort to out-cheat the Dims and beat them at their own game...laws be damned...

Sad to say...because most people don’t really give a crap anymore...we let them get away with this, believe the BS peddled by the MSM, & just shrug...

I thought the state legislatures made the election laws for their state.

Amazing isn’t it. Now the election is over they are finding all this fraud in states that we didn’t worry about during the steal. And some of the swing states are now getting in a little trouble. Can’t wait for it to get blown wide open at some point. Of course once it’s found out that Trump actually won big time it’s to late to change it. I think this was the plan all along. They knew it could not be hidden forever even though they would like it to never be found out. They used every tool to run out the clock and now the higher ups will start using there scapegoats and when they catch heat they will resign and keep there retirement and the investigation into them will be dropped because the FBI is under there control. As well as the DOJ.

the only solution

No it doesn’t, the Constitution clearly gives the State Legislatures this authority, all these pussy Republicans need to get with the program, the Demonrats and their Quisling Presstitute Media have already set the ground rules. You Pass a State Law and ARREST AND PROSECUTE anyone and everyone that Violates it, especially FEDS, Oh and your State Law DISALLOWS BAIL and carries a LIFE Sentence, and don’t forget to throw in Civil Asset Forfeiture so they have no money to pay for a defense.

The word Insurrection is tossed around so casually these days, but HR 1 is the living breathing essence of systematic insurrection.

unfortunately the BEST thing EVER for DC is HR 1.

Makes everybody there permanently happy. Lobbyists, the entire judicial, legislative and executive branches will be united.

These branches of our government are too small. Its easy to control Fed.gov. Only need to control < 5000 people. Less than 600 in Congress, the Federal Judiciary - there are currently 870 authorized Article III judgeships: nine on the Supreme Court, 179 on the courts of appeals, 673 for the district courts and nine on the Court of International Trade. 9 SCOTUS Justices. Less than 250 heads of Federal agencies, the heads of various Federal LEO’s and finally the top echelon of the US military.

China/CCP has the experience, tools and techniques for controlling the millions they use to control their billions.

The DERPS have merely imported CCP technique and tools

No, they cannot. Past such Congressional activity has happened ONLY under federal court mandates supposedly correcting racism-based voting suppression. ALL of HR1 is unconstitutional.

Thank you. A feature is correct.

As someone else said...rktman i think...its not “For the people” its the “F the People Act,” and I might add “F the Constitution” as well.

(We might also say its a “feature not a bug” that the Ds nominated and “couped in” a Jamaican citizen as VP. Jamaican Constitution Chapter II 3c citizenship by descent 32.02. Any damage to the US Constition and laws by Ds is knowing and eliberate.)
