My daughter was at the park (Seattle area) and sent me a photo of a decal on the rear window of a car. It had a nice image of Chairman Mao with a bunch of Chinese characters below it.

Trump is in no way responsible or even connected to these acts, he (like most of us) does not like Chinese communism, and I would have to ask, who does, other than the members of the politburo perhaps? The reason for Chinese emigration to North America is largely a desire to escape communism.
As to angry Asian man feeling unwelcome, not sure why, anti-Asian sentiment seems pretty low as a thing, anti-communism remains fairly strong. I couldn’t care less if they are here or not as long as their arrival was legal and they have no connection to the PRC government.

But then again, since blacks commit the vast majority of crimes against other races then I guess that’s black racism as well so the only systemic racism in this country is black racism. I live in a mixed neighborhood just outside of DC and nobody bothers the hardworking Chinese, Vietnamese or Korean residents.
I started working with the So. Vietnamese in 1970 when I went there as a journalist and then in 1975 as a member of an American-Vietnamese resettlement program. Been friends with a famed Kuomintang general, Bernie Yoh (SACO) from 1967 till he died when I was invited to his viewing. Went to the funeral/burial of another Vietnamese friend, Nguyen Ngoc Bich, one of the most famous So. Vietnamese diplomats, poets and teachers in the South. His brother was my interpreter in Nam.
The few deplorable anti-Asian incidents which have happened were done by ignorant people who blamed Asians for something done by other ethnics/people, and some of these aholes went to jail for it, where they deserved to be.
The Marxists in our country, re Marx, Lenin, Stalin, and Alinsky, have successfully created artificial divides between the races, ethnic groups, economic groups, educational groups, etc.
There is no place for “hate” on our side. That should be a monopoly of the “Left” and they must be exposed and made to pay a price for it.
