Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, Monday on MSNBC’s “All In”

On Trump

"He wants nothing to succeed. He’s sort of a — nihilist is too strong a word. He’s an egotistical man who wants to bring everything down because he lost."

On Republicans:

"If they will join with us, of course, we’ll sit down and talk with them and see if they have this suggestion or that. But not at sacrificing the bold, progressive change that America demands and America needs, and we’re going to get it done.”

Demos (aka commies) re-defined “cooperate” and “work with” as “take a knee”. Just like “unity”.
Bugger off.
Give them nothing. Absolutely nothing. They have called me a racist, deplorable, etc since 2019. They’ve convinced me that they all deserve nothing but my hate. Fine, yah got it.
As a famous Texas politician (at least to me) once said: “eat death scum and die expletive, expletive”.
No, we do not have to work with them, ever. It is only the MSM and their handlers that tell us that “we all need to come together”. The time for that was anytime in last 4+ years.

The ONLY thing Chuck Schumer and his party have succeeded in is failure debt and set backs.

He desperately needs to get things done before November 2022. It’s likely both houses will flip then. He’ll very much regret any action he takes on the filibuster then — which is why they don’t seem to be moving too fast on it now.

Watch for quick action on the Supreme Court packing scheme, though. They’ll need to confirm at least two new justices (maybe three if Breyer takes the hint from the left and leaves) before the next election.

Thank you for referencing that article MarvinStinson. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

"Schumer: Dems Won’t Sacrifice ‘Bold, Progressive Change [??? emphasis added]’ Just to Work with GOP"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Sen. Schumer’s politically correct “progressive change” is not a constitutional term, but based entirely on stolen state powers and likewise stolen state revenues uniquely associated with state powers imo.

More specifically, misguided, post-17th Amendment ratification senators like Schumer steal state revenues by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

Patriots need to primary (2022) federal and state lawmakers who don’t agree to do the following about stolen state powers and revenues. Lawmakers need to require federal law enforcement officials and judges to inform those accused of violating federal laws of the specific constitutional clause that justifies the law for further scrutiny of the constitutionally of the law.

For example, patriots seem to overlook that even if we didn’t have the 2nd Amendment (2A), it remains that the states have never expressly constitutionally give the feds the specific power to make peacetime restrictive gun laws.

In fact, the congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, a constitutional lawmaker, had clarified that the states have never expressly constitutionally give the feds the specific power to make peacetime penal laws, not ever for murder.

"Our Constitution never conferred upon the Congress of the United States the power - sacred as life is, first as it is before all other rights which pertain to man on this side of the grave - to protect it in time of peace by the terrors of the penal code within organized states; and Congress has never attempted to do it. There never was a law upon the United States statute-book to punish the murderer for taking away in time of peace the life of the noblest, and the most unoffending, as well, of your citizens, within the limits of any State of the Union. The protection of the citizen in that respect was left to the respective States, and there the power is to-day [emphases added].” —Rep. John Bingham, Congressional Globe. (See bottom half of third column.)

Ironically, the Supreme Court has indicated that lawmakers like Schumer have the express 14th Amendment (14A) power only to introduce legislation to strengthen constitutionally enumerated protections.

In fact, the congressional record also shows that Bingham included 2A when he read the Bill of Rights as main examples of privileges and immunities that 14A applies to the states.

John Bingham, Congressional Globe. (See 2nd Amendment (Article II) about in middle of 2nd column.)

It is disturbing that peacetime restrictive federal gun laws seem to have started appearing in the books during FDR Administration, FDR and the Congress at that time infamous for making laws which they had no express constitutional authority to make imo.

Franklin Roosevelt: The Father of Gun Control

Again, patriots need to primary (2022) federal and state lawmaker who show that they are unwilling to put a stop to federal government overreach of its very limited, constitutionally enumerated powers, especially where our gun rights are concerned.

I don’t see the Senate flipping, too many Republican seats to defend.

I don’t see the Senate flipping, too many Republican seats to defend.

Normally, I would agree, but this administration is different. They are already in the process of tanking the economy. The numbers just released today show that the collapse is accelerating. By summer of next year, we will be in a real mess -- especially if they continue with their COVID lockdown crap.

On top of all of that, I do think that the constant drumbeat of racism from the left will get exhausting -- even to minorities. Remember, Trump brought over the largest numbers of blacks and Hispanics of any president. I think the left is starting to wear on minorities. They're getting tired of being told their too stupid to do something as simple as getting an ID. On top of that, a lot of them in Georgia are suffering because of the woke Olympics using their state as a playing field.

Then there's the radical violence. Minneapolis is just the latest. Portland continues, and other cities will have their moments as well. By this time next year, every major city will be in flames and a mess.

Finally, there's the Trump factor. Donald Trump will be a major influence in the 2022 election, and in spite of what the media would like everyone to believe, he's extremely popular in most of the Republican states, and many Democrat states as well.

I wouldn't put too much money down betting against it at the moment. The odds will get even better as the next year goes along...

The winners will not be Americans no matter their philosophy or political label. Outsiders will take this land like the Europeans took it from the original takers (Indians).
