Making decisions based 100% on scientific data is as stupid as making decisions based on 0% scientific data. Decisions have to incorporate economic data, logistical data , human impact, political and a host of other factors. Adults know this.

Clotting issues can also come from other factors like the birth control pill. I believe the 6 cases involving the JNJ vax were between 18 & 35. So I’d be asking that question, too.

Shortly after these problems started to surface, researchers in Germany and Norway quickly identified an autoantibody called platelet factor 4 antibody that appeared to be linked to the syndrome. Platelet factor 4 antibody causes heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT), a rare clotting disorder that affects 1%-2% of people after exposure to heparin. In rare cases, platelet factor 4 antibody has been associated with CVST.
On April 9 2021, the German team lead by Andreas Greinacher, MD, PhD, of the Medical University of Greifswald in Germany, published a case series about the issue in the New England Journal of Medicine. It included 11 patients in Germany and Austria who presented with unusual thromboses and moderate to severe thrombocytopenia, five to 16 days after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine. None of these patients had received heparin in the past. Nine were women, and the median age was 36 (range 22-49). Five patients had more than one clotting event: nine had CVST, three had splanchnic vein thrombosis, three had pulmonary embolism, four had other thromboses, and five had disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). Six patients died.
The researchers also did platelet activation assays on 28 patients who developed thrombosis and thrombocytopenia after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine, and who tested positive for antibodies against platelet factor 4. Results showed increased platelet activation in the presence of platelet factor 4, which was inhibited with immune globulin.
Greinacher and colleagues wrote that the disorder “resembles” severe HIT, but “unlike the usual situation” none of these patients received heparin in the past. They noted that autoimmune or spontaneous HIT can occur without exposure to heparin, and is characterized by “unusually severe thrombocytopenia, increased rates of DIC and atypical clots.” They concluded that the AstraZeneca vaccine can result in a rare syndrome that “clinically mimics autoimmune heparin-induced thrombocytopenia,” and propose using the term “vaccine induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia” (VITT) to avoid confusion.
The JNJ and AstraZeneca vaccines insert new DNA into a cell's nucleus which then in turn encodes and sends out mRNA into the cell to manufacture the same spike protein. They do the same thing just with a different mechanism.

Never forget that the one profession that most easily joins in on unethical human experimentation is medical doctors. One doesn’t need to look far to find doctors who will go along with the most horrible experiments just to see what happens. The mutilation of children at John Hopkins in the 50s is a prime example. Doctor think they could turn boys into girls and vice versa. The human cost was horrible and tragic. There was not one bit of scientific justification for the horrors those children and parents went through. It was little different from the things Mengele did.
But you are talking about a government that sold murdering Nazis as good guys. Like Werner von Braun and Rommel. A govt that protected murdering Nazi psychiatrists after the war and brought them to the USA to continue their experiments eventually giving us MK-ULTRA.
This is political/bureaucratic thuggery at its finest. Science does not rule. Science does not speak that you can listen. Science is the pursuit of the scientific method to create a body of knowledge. That method is based upon the acceptance of hypothetical explanations of natural phenomenon through the long-term persistent effort to falsify. the hypothesis through.empirical [experimental] evidence.
That is all that science is. Nothing less and nothing more. The body of knowledge consists of the validated [not yet falsified] hypotheses [theories] and the experimental evidence that supports those hypotheses.
Science doesn’t decide anything. Fallible humans do that. They may base their decision by the information provided through scientific research that addresses the issue. But science doesn’t decide.
For instance science might tell you that one in one million people are dying from this vaccine. It might also tell you that one in 1,000 are dying from COVID-19 without the vaccine and 1 in 5,000 with the vaccine or whatever the numbers are. And then there are alternatives, etc. and the whole fact basis to make a decision can be quite complicated. But at the end of the day the decision to continue or stop a vaccine is made by humans [well sub-human denizens of the federal health bureaucracy - but I digress or maybe don’t digress here].
Carefully executed scientific research can give you sound statistical evidence on which to base a decision. But “science’” doesn’t make the decision.

There is no science involved in this. The Johnson and Johnson vaccine is being slandered for political reasons. Look at the facts. One person in 7 million dies from a blood clot that nobody can prove it came from the vaccine. Look at the number of people who got the same kind of blood clot that did not get the vaccine. Even statistics do not show that the vaccine was responsible for those 6 blood clots. The science says something different. I believe Dr. Fauci is acting from a political perspective and not a scientific one.
Fauci is a clown. How can anyone believe him any more. There is no statement he has made that he did not take the opposite point of view at another time.
